Publication Agreement

Distribution Rights

You grant us the exclusive right for 2 weeks (14 days) to sell your digital download format title(s). After this Exclusivity Period in addition to the Coalition Market, you may make your title(s) available via Patreon.

Earnings

  1. You set the prices customers pay for your title(s).

  2. You will earn 70% of the price paid on download titles.

  3. Sales tax and freight charges are not considered part of the price paid.

  4. No earnings accrue on sales resulting in consumer refunds, charge backs, or fraud.

  5. Earnings are computed in US dollars.

GUIDELINES

  • All content must abide by the rules set forth by Wizards of the Coast’s Open Gaming License. You can learn more here.

  • Art used in titles must be original or used with permission. You are responsible for obtaining permission from the artists and crediting them appropriately.

  • Currently all content is available for digital download only. Once submitted, content will be reviewed and published on the Market Square.

Collaborative Projects with The D&D Coalition

The above payment earnings are subject to change based upon collaborative projects with The D&D Coalition. Modifications deviating from the aforementioned 70% earning rate on download sales will be discussed and agreed upon via the signing of a secondary agreement.

Payments

You will receive payment via PayPal on the 15th of each month based on sales for the prior calendar month. If the total payment amount due is less than fifty dollars ($50 US), then we may accrue the amount due to the following month's amount due instead of making payment.

If your title(s) do not exceed the payout amount of $50 USD, you will be paid the amount accrued after six (6) months.

You will be paid for your title(s) for up to one (1) year post-publication. After one (1) year, you will be paid every time your title(s) reaches the $50 threshold.

You may inquire about the status of your title(s) at any time.

Warranties

You represent and warrant to us that you have the right to enter into this agreement.

You acknowledge that we have the rights needed to sell your title(s).

You indemnify us and will hold us harmless from any claims, suits, loss, and damages arising out of allegations of copyright or trademark infringement or libel arising out of our distribution and sale your title(s).

Termination

You may terminate our right to sell the title(s) you’ve uploaded to us after giving us a three (3) month notice period.

If you do not receive timely payment from us, then you can send us notice for non-payment which we have thirty days to correct or else you can terminate for non-payment at the end of the thirty day period.
